Roberta Phillip

Whether serving as an AmeriCorps volunteer, public school educator, board member, mentor or community advocate, Roberta Phillip's commitment to public service has been clear and at the forefront.

Recognized as a distinguished graduate by the faculty at Lewis & Clark Law School, Roberta has received several awards and scholarships for contributions to her community while a student. Additionally, the law school community created a scholarship and annual fundraiser in Roberta's honor to benefit high school graduates of the mentor program she created while at Lewis & Clark.

Now in her third year as board chair for the Pangaea Project, a leadership development program to provide low-income youth with a global perspective on social justice issues, Roberta believes strongly in the power of the individual to effect change, and strives to be a living testament to that philosophy.
