Emerge Oregon alum Alissa Keny-Guyer was appointed state representative of House District 46 by the Multnomah County Board of Commissioners this morning to fill the vacancy left by Ben Cannon. Cannon was appointed in August as the Governor's Education Advisor. Keny-Guyer is a graduate of Emerge Oregon's Class of 2011 and is the 17th EO alum elected or appointed to office. Congratulations, Alissa!!
