Featured Alumna-Kristi Jo (KJ) Lewis

This month's featured alumna is KJ Lewis, '10. Emerge Oregon is excited to announce that Class of 2010 graduate KJ Lewis has been appointed to Multnomah County's Business Advisory Council.  The Council was proposed by the Multnomah County Board of Commissioners in April to gain greater business community input in county government decisions.  In 2006, KJ launched Global Sistergoods, a marketplace for fair trade products made by women in emerging economies.  She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of women and children, and cares deeply about affordable health care, educational equity and poverty alleviation. KJ is a wife, a mother of two daughters (ages 3 and 5 months), a scratch cook, and an avid hiker.
