A strong advocate for women’s rights, Jodi is the Board President of the Friends of the Oregon Commission for Women and recently brought together a dozen organizations to found the Oregon Women’s Equality Coalition. The desire to serve in public office has been a long time dream, beginning at the age of 7 when Jodi launched her first campaign while on vacation and secured votes from random strangers to help elect her to the U.S. Presidency. Jodi holds a BA in Anthropology and an MA in Political Science from Claremont Graduate University. She lives in East Portland with her husband, Brett, and their two children, Finn and Opal.
